I took my laptop in to see what could be done I’m regards to resetting everything and Ben was amazing , kept me posted the whole way if the original quote changed and when I went to pick it up he sat with me and showed me everything he had done. The Architectural companies that I have worked for have been using IQPC for IT assistance for over 15 years and have always been impressed with their service. They are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's a testament to Kaye, Rob and Phil that IQPC have maintained long term employees who have continued to deliver outstanding service over this time.

after having already checked for software and hardware issues myself, with a unreliable wireless card, these guys were happy to charge me $130 bucks to do exactly the same thing with the same result. A more helpful solution would have been to suggest a replacement card which would have been a fraction of the cost. I'm now back at square one minus 130 bucks. nice.

I've been dealing with Comwiz since they first opened in Morrison Rd Midvale (quite a few computers ago) and have always found the service great with reasonable prices. However a couple of years ago I upgraded my PC and had nothing but trouble with it, resulting in more than a few phone calls and trips to the shop. Lawrence West then did the unthinkable. They REPLACED it with no charge, no fuss!!! I would like to see any other retailer better that. No only that, in the past two years Lawrence when my Microsoft 365 subscription was due for renewal . he has contacted me and asked if I'd like him to pay the subscription for me (my money of course:-) )Service and follow-up is great and this also includes in home service I needed. Thanks again to Lawrence and the team.
