Made to buy a laptop from here by Churchlands SHS. Paid around AUD1900 for it. Last year it had to be repaired for a problem with the motherboard. Same fault has happened again, but now it is out of warranty and they have quoted AUD2600 to replace motherboard. Repairs do not seem to be robust or reliable. Would certainly not recommend this place for reliable hardware or repairs.

I'd just like to say a huge thank you to your staff member Anita who I spoke to on the phone today. I explained my daughter had just told me she had lost her charger to her school lap top. I had been quoted between $70 and $100 to replace it new by other suppliers. Which I couldn't afford!She said she could order me one for $45.00 but it may take 2 to 3 weeks, She realised I needed it sooner and then took the trouble to see if they had a spare one on site. She sourced an adaptor which she only charged me $40.00 for and told me where I could get a cord for only $9.00 very close by.Just wanted to say I really appreciated her taking that extra step. It has saved me not only money but allot of grief.Great example of excellent customer service.

Send it to them and it came back still broken but they sent it back more broken then before
