My laptop broke November 2022 so we took it in for a diagnosis and they sent it to Queensland for repairs without consulting us for permission or even giving us a quote. They changed their story about 20 times with what was going on with it (it was stuck on a train coming back, then it had just gotten to Qld, then they'd fixed it, then they'd diagnosed the problem and were sending it back for repairs etc.) and never called us back when we'd call for an update. I've just gotten it back today after 5 and a half months and I'll be taking it somewhere else for repairs.

the owner used to be really helpful, but now the guy working there is hopeless. PLE wannabe, but unfortunately they aren't.I just shan't bother anymore with them.
